This sake is brewed with water from Taisetsu Mountain in Asahikawa in Hokkaido Prefecture and in large igloos made from Kamakura ice.
In Takasago Brewery's quest to be recognized as Hokkaido's most beloved sake brewery, their slogan is inscribed in every drop of this precious sake: "Anzen (safety), Anshin (peace of mind), Oishii (delicious).”
