Pihyara is the 2nd brew to combine Yamada Nishiki rice and Kumamoto yeast. As a result: a lively and vibrant sake, with a young and firm texture. The master brewer created Pihyara sake as an ode to the land, perfect to pair with any meat dishes. Don't wait to try it!

 

Tasting note

Nose: fresh and dry, with a touch of pineapple and chestnut. Palate: rich, almost dairy flavor, ideal to go with full-bodied meat. Finish: pepper and ripe pear.
