Tasting note
Appearance : the color is bright crystal with a slight pale lemon yellow. Nose : The first impression is a harmony of gorgeous, mellow, and soft. Mainly you can feel grapefruit, pear, banana, melon, acacia, cerfeuil, shiratama dumpling, fresh cream, and minerals. Spreading elegant nuance of ripe fruits and rice, well balanced with derived aroma. Well-balanced ripe fruits and rice flavor. Palate: The first impression is light palate. Mellow sweetness, gentle acidity, and subtle bitterness, rich rounded balance. After taste is a bit longer. Mellow and delicate flavor from pasteurized just once before bottling.

Sushi (scallops), shrimp tempura, steamed dumpling with lily bulb, Prosciutto & melon, flounder with beurre blanc sauce, fresh cheese.
